FlexiBowl® is an innovative feeding device that can operate with the widest variety of loose parts, and can be combined with any industrial robot and vision guidance system. Thanks to the use of a direct-drive motor, it has a simple and reliable construction with low noise production. It offers the possibility for picking up parts in continuous motion, or circular tracking, for a higher throughput. The FlexiBowl® feeder is highly versatile, as it can handle fragile objects as well as elements in rubber, silicone, objects with cylindrical shapes, with lubricated surfaces, and even entangled objects. The circular geometry of the FlexiBowl® enables automatic recirculation of the pieces and a convenient integration with small robots, thus guaranteeing smaller dimensions and lower costs for the entire system.
